These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of empirepestdefense.com (the "Site") and the pest control, termite and WDO inspection, rodent control, mosquito reduction, and lawn and ornamental pest control services (the "Services") provided by Empire Pest Defense ("Empire Pest Defense," "we," "us," or "our"), a family-owned pest control company serving West Palm Beach, FL and surrounding Palm Beach County communities. By using the Site or requesting our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Empire Pest Defense provides residential and commercial pest control services, including but not limited to general pest control, termite and WDO (Wood Destroying Organism) inspections, rodent exclusion, mosquito reduction, and lawn and ornamental treatments, within our licensed service area in Palm Beach County, Florida. Specific pricing, scope, and scheduling for any service are confirmed directly with you before or at the time of service.

Estimates and Scheduling

Free estimates provided through the Site, by phone, or in person are based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted once a technician inspects the property in person. Scheduling is subject to availability, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested appointment windows.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Where we advertise a satisfaction guarantee on a service, that guarantee applies to the specific pest(s) treated under the applicable service plan, and any re-treatment is provided under the terms communicated to you at the time of service. The guarantee does not cover new or unrelated pest issues, pre-existing structural damage, or conditions outside the scope of the service performed.

WDO Inspection Reports

WDO inspection reports are prepared using the applicable Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) form current at the time of inspection, and reflect conditions visible and accessible at the time of the inspection only. Empire Pest Defense is not responsible for conditions concealed, inaccessible, or not visible during a standard inspection.

Payment

Payment for services is due as agreed at the time of booking or upon completion of service, unless otherwise arranged in writing. Recurring service plans are billed on the schedule communicated to you when you enroll, and may be canceled per the terms of that plan.

Website Use

• You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through our forms
• Content on the Site, including text, images, and design, is the property of Empire Pest Defense or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission
• We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Site at any time without notice

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empire Pest Defense's liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where such limitation is not permitted by Florida law.

Licensing & Insurance

Empire Pest Defense LLC is licensed under the provisions of the Florida Pest Control Law, Chapter 482, Florida Statutes, and is insured as a pest control operator in the State of Florida.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
