Mike Agosta runs the day-to-day here — the inspections, the scheduling, the technicians, the phone calls. If you reach out to Empire, there's a good chance Mike is the one who answers, and if he's not the one on the truck, he's the one who made sure the right person was.
Outside of work, Mike's a family guy through and through — home time means his kids, his dog, and staying close to the community he grew up serving.

Glade founded Empire Pest Defense almost twenty years ago on a simple idea — treat every home like it's your own, and never let a customer feel like a number. That founding standard hasn't moved, even as the company has grown well beyond what he built alone.
